This policy explains how paid subscriptions and purchases on America Dating renew, how to cancel them and when refunds are available. America Dating is operated by Evolution Service EOOD.
Last updated: September 2026You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time. Sign in, open Membership and use the cancel button on your current plan. If you paid by card and no cancel button is shown, email info@america-dating.site from your account address and we will cancel it for you. You do not need to give a reason.
Cancelling stops future renewals. Your paid features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account returns to the free plan. Your profile and messages are not deleted.
Paid memberships renew automatically for the same period and at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. The renewal price and billing interval are shown next to the Pay button before you pay. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Payments are generally non-refundable once the paid period has started, because paid features become available immediately. We refund where the law requires it and in these cases: a duplicate or mistaken charge, a charge made after a cancellation we confirmed, or a paid feature that was not delivered because of a fault on our side. Send your request within 14 days of the charge.
Email info@america-dating.site from your account address and include the date and amount of the charge and the reason for your request. We review every request and reply by email, normally within a few business days.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (card or PayPal) through our payment processor. Your bank or card issuer decides when the money appears, typically within 5-10 business days.
Boosts, wallet top-ups and other one-time purchases are not subscriptions and do not renew. Items or credit that have already been used cannot be refunded.
If you see a charge you do not recognise, please contact us first at info@america-dating.site - most issues are solved quickly. Filing a chargeback for a valid charge may lead to suspension of the account.
