Profiles, photos and messages are uploaded by members. Members must only upload content they own or have permission to use. We do not claim ownership of member content.

America Dating respects intellectual property rights and expects members to do the same. This page explains how to report content that infringes your copyright and how we respond. America Dating is operated by Evolution Service EOOD.
Last updated: September 20262. Reporting infringement
If you believe material on America Dating infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at info@america-dating.site with the subject "Copyright notice". You can also use the Report button on a profile or photo.
3. What your notice must include
(a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) the exact URL of the material you want removed; (c) your name, address, email and phone number; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law; (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorised to act for the owner; (f) your physical or electronic signature.
4. What we do
When we receive a complete notice we promptly remove or disable access to the material and notify the member who posted it. Incomplete notices may be returned to you for more information.
5. Counter-notice
If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to info@america-dating.site with your name and contact details, the URL of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you live. We may restore the material unless the complainant tells us they have filed a court action.
6. Repeat infringers
Accounts of members who repeatedly infringe copyright are suspended or terminated.
7. False claims
Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may make you liable for damages.
