1. Who can ask
Any person who appears in content on America Dating, or someone acting for them, can ask for it to be removed. You do not need an account.
Content Removal and Appeals Policy
Anyone who is shown in a photo or other content on America Dating can ask us to remove it and can appeal if we decide not to. America Dating is operated by Evolution Service EOOD.
Last updated: November 20262. How to ask for removal
Write to [email protected] or use the Report button. Give the link or username, say that you are the person shown or act for them, and explain why the content should be removed. We may ask for a selfie or another proof that you are the person shown; we use it only for this purpose.
3. Review
We review a removal request within 7 business days. If the person says they did not consent, we hide the content while we review it.
4. Consent
Members may upload only photos of themselves. If the review shows that consent was not given, or that consent is void under applicable law, the content is removed and the account that uploaded it may be restricted or closed.
5. Appeals
If your request is refused, or if content you uploaded was removed and you disagree, you can appeal by writing to [email protected]. A different member of our team reviews the appeal and replies by email.
6. Neutral review
If a disagreement about an appeal remains, it can be resolved by a neutral third party at our expense.
7. Repeat violations
Accounts that repeatedly upload content without the consent of the people shown are closed.
