I appreciate the little things in life that are quickly taken for granted. Such as living each day to the fullest, in the now. Taking just 5 min a day to reflect on the blessings you have in your life - the warmth of the sun on your face, a smile from a stranger, the sound of a child's laughter , the purr of a kitten - and treasuring this time as it will never come again.
